How to delete your account and data
Send a request to info@ukprintings.com from the email address you registered with, or a WhatsApp/SMS message from the mobile number you registered with. Write "Delete my ICA Live account" and your name.
No other step is needed. We act on the request within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Deleted: your account, your name, your email address or mobile number, your login, your role and approval status, and any photograph of you that was uploaded.
Kept: the ball-by-ball scores and match results of matches you scored, and the names and figures of players in those scorecards. These are the sporting record of the association's competitions and stay in the record permanently, as they would in a printed scorebook. Your account is no longer linked to them.
A player, not a scorer? If you or your child appear in a squad or scorecard and you want the photograph or profile removed, write to the same address.
Who we are
ICA Live is the official live scoring app of the Islamgarh Cricket Association, Islamgarh, Mirpur, Azad Kashmir. The app is operated by U.K Printers, Main Kotli Road, Islamgarh, and was developed by Ashfaq Munir. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@ukprintings.com.
What the app collects
- Viewers: nothing personal. No account is needed to follow scores. While a live match screen is open, the app stores a temporary timestamp against a random session id so it can show how many people are watching. It contains no name, number or location and is discarded within minutes.
- Scorers and administrators: the name and the email address or mobile number used to register, and a role and approval status. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us.
- Cricket data: teams, players, venues, tournaments, ball-by-ball scores and match results entered by scorers. Player records may include a name, jersey number, playing role and, if uploaded, a photograph.
- Activity log: which signed-in user made which change, and when. This exists so score corrections can be traced.
- Images: team logos, player photos and ground photos uploaded by an administrator are stored on our own web server.
What the app does not do
- No advertising, and no advertising networks.
- No selling or renting of personal information to anyone.
- No tracking across other apps or websites.
- No access to contacts, messages, microphone or precise location.
Where the data is kept
Account and match data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication), operated by Google LLC, which processes it on our behalf. Uploaded images are stored on our own hosting. Data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Who can see what
Scores, scorecards, tables, rankings, player profiles and team profiles are public by design — that is the purpose of the app. Email addresses and mobile numbers are not public; they are visible only to the Super Admin. A scorer's name appears alongside matches they have scored.
Keeping and deleting data
Match records are kept as part of the association's permanent sporting history. Account details are kept while the account is active. To have your account and personal details removed, write to info@ukprintings.com from the address you registered with, or send a message from the registered mobile number. We will act on the request within 30 days. Match scores you entered remain in the record, as they are part of the results of the competition.
Children
The app is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect account details from children under 13. Young cricketers may appear in squad lists and scorecards as participants in association matches; a parent or guardian may ask us to remove a player's photograph or profile at the address above.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
