Please ensure you have permission to share material belonging to other people. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information, especially when ordering products containing identity details or personal photographs.
## Portfolio and Promotional Use
Permission to produce your order is separate from permission to publish it.
Before featuring identifiable customer photographs, personal event details or other private information in our website portfolio or marketing, we will ask for your permission. You can also tell us when ordering that your work must remain confidential.

Some records may need to be retained for outstanding orders, transaction records or other applicable obligations. We may ask you to verify your identity before handling a request.
