Welcome to UK Printers. These terms explain how we handle orders for printing, design and personalised products placed through www.ukprintings.com or directly with our team.
## Our Products and Services
We provide business cards, wedding invitations, flex banners, posters, bill books, stationery, personalised mugs, keychains, award shields, stamps, ID cards, signage and other printing services.
Product photographs are examples of our work. Your order’s size, material, quantity, printing method, finishing and included accessories will be confirmed in your quotation or order summary.
## Quotations and Pricing
Prices depend on the specifications of your order. Changes to quantity, size, material, design, printing sides, finishing or packaging may change the total price.
Please check whether design work, delivery, installation or other additional services are included in your quotation. A quotation applies to the specifications and validity period stated in it.
## Placing an Order
Please provide complete and accurate information, including your contact details, delivery address, required quantity and customisation instructions.
Your order is confirmed when we have agreed on the specifications and you have completed any payment required to begin work. An enquiry or quotation request does not by itself confirm an order.
## Artwork and Design Approval
Before printing a customised order, please carefully review the final artwork supplied for approval.
Check all names, spellings, phone numbers, addresses, dates, timings, prices, logos, dimensions and other details. For wedding invitations, please also check event and family information.
Production proceeds using the approved artwork. Corrections requested after approval may involve additional charges or a revised completion date. If the finished product differs from the approved artwork because of an error by UK Printers, please contact us so we can resolve it.
## Customer-Supplied Files
Please supply clear, high-resolution photographs, logos and artwork. Low-resolution files may appear blurred or pixelated when printed, particularly at larger sizes.
You must have permission to use any photographs, logos, artwork or other material you provide. Please tell us about any specific colour-matching or print requirements before confirming your order.
## Colours, Materials and Finishing
Screen colours and printed colours can look different because of screen settings, printing methods and the material used. Minor variations may also occur between separate production batches.
Where an exact colour, material or finish is essential, please discuss sample or proof options before production. Any sample costs will be confirmed in advance.
## Payments and Changes
Payment requirements and available payment methods will be confirmed with your order. Production may depend on receipt of the agreed payment and final artwork approval.
Please request changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Once design work, material preparation or production has started, completed work and committed costs may be chargeable. See our Refund Policy for further details.
## Production and Completion
Production time begins after the required payment, complete order information and final artwork approval have been received.
Completion dates depend on the type and quantity of work. Urgent deadlines must be agreed before placing an order. Delays in approval or changes to specifications may affect the completion date.
