# Delivery & Collection Policy
UK Printers prepares printing and personalised products according to each order’s confirmed specifications. This policy explains production, collection and delivery arrangements.
## Production Time and Delivery Time
Production time is the time needed to design, print, finish and pack your order. Delivery time is the additional time needed for the order to reach you after dispatch.
Production begins once we have received the required payment, complete order information and final artwork approval. Your estimated completion and delivery arrangements will be confirmed when you order.
## Delivery Availability
Delivery availability depends on your location and the size, weight and type of product.
Please confirm delivery availability before placing an order, particularly for large signage, framed items, shields, fragile products or oversized printing.
## Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the destination, parcel size, weight and delivery service required.
Applicable charges will be confirmed before your order is finalised. Special packing, oversized handling, installation or additional delivery services will be quoted separately where required.
## Collection
If collection is agreed, please wait until our team confirms that your order is ready before visiting.
Have your order reference available when collecting. If another person will collect on your behalf, please let us know in advance.
## Delivery Information
Please provide an accurate recipient name, contact number and complete delivery address.
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or failed delivery. Any additional charges for redelivery or address changes will be discussed with you where applicable.
## Dispatch and Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will share the dispatch or tracking details through the contact method agreed for your order.
Courier transit estimates may change because of weather, public holidays, road conditions, remote locations or other transport disruptions.
## Time-Sensitive Orders
For wedding invitations, event banners, awards and other deadline-dependent products, please tell us your required date before confirming the order.
Allow time for artwork approval, production and transport. Urgent production or delivery is available only where specifically confirmed by our team.
## Receiving Your Order
Please inspect the parcel when it arrives. If there is visible damage, photograph the packaging and the affected products and contact us promptly.
Retain the packaging while the matter is being reviewed. Missing, incorrect or damaged items will be handled under our Refund Policy.
## Installation and Large Items
Delivery does not automatically include installation, fitting, mounting or electrical work.
For signage, hoardings, wall graphics and similar products, any site visit, fitting or installation arrangements must be included in your quotation.
